University HOA community documents. Every homeowner who has purchased a
home in Dave Brown at Mountain & University is a Member of the Dave
Brown at Mountain & University Homeowners Association (HOA) and has
legally agreed to abide by these documents. The homeowner is also
legally responsible for ensuring that all of their guests and tenants
(if any) abide by these same rules.

Approved Exterior Paint Colors
If painting the exterior of your home, please remember to submit an architectural request to Kinney Management Services for approval indicating the color scheme you wish to use.
